I’m responsible for all the Valentino Online presence, both corporate website and e-commerce website. I manage the web team (4 people) and I’m responsible for web development by managing multiple projects from initiation through post-launch implementation and maintenance.

I directly communicate project status with team members, management , and Creative Direction. I also manage developers and outside resources in the development of approved site or application requirements from project initiation through post launch phase.

I suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions and I manage the process of innovative change effectively.

Helping the Customers in digitalizing their businesses by building innovative multi-channel service solutions with top user experience combined with process automation and SOA architecture development.

Driving the service concepts from conceptualization through prototyping to implementation together with a multidisciplinary project team. Transforming business and end-user needs into service concepts, collecting and analyzing solution requirements, modeling service processes and use cases and producing concept documentations.

Interface and interaction design modeling, information architecture and usability consulting and testing. Consultative sales and design team leadership. Analyze, define and document service processes, business cases, functionality and requirements studies.

Project, develop, post live feed back and maintenance of all the Granarolo's brand web site. Complete Web project manager activity in collaboration with the Marketing Department (the Marketing Managers and the Brand Managers) and the Communication Department in order to have an homogenous way to communicate the brand and the product trough all the media. Graphic design, User Experience, HTML coding, visual design, internet architecture, usability compliance with project requirements.
Other main task:
- Brief for web agencies preparation to support final adoption decision ensuring stakeholders x-functional alignement;
- Lead and manage the relationship with the selected web agency, web factories and advertising agencies;
- In collaboration with the Legal department take charge of privacy implications of web site online initiatives and promotional activities.
